You’ll work directly with the client, not Virtual Sidekicks. We handle the recruitment process and match you with great companies—once placed, you become part of their team.
You’ll need a reliable computer, a fast internet connection, and a quiet workspace. Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, or project management platforms is a big plus.
Once you apply, we review your resume and may invite you to complete skills assessments and a short video interview. If you pass, you’ll be added to our candidate pool and considered for upcoming client roles.
We don’t provide formal training but our team gives clear expectations, onboarding support, and guidance to help you succeed once matched with a client.
Pay depends on the role, experience, and hours—but most of our candidates earn between $5 to $10 USD per hour. Higher-level roles may offer more based on skills and specialization.
You’ll be paid directly by the client you work with. We make sure the client is serious and organized, so your payment terms are clear before you begin.
